Pipa Gastronomic Festival Brazil

A mix of cultures, tastes, information and lots of charm tempered once again the Gastronomic Festival in Pipa. The disclosure of the results of competitions finished programming the Gastronomic Festival in Pipa this year on the night of Saturday (17/10). The jury was popular, made up of all who purchased the Official Guide of the event.
In the traditional gastronomic contest, played between the local establishments, the winner of the Main Dish category was the "Sea bass in Crosta" prepared by chef Giselia Marques da Silva, restaurant Oca Plays - Let's Owl. According Giselia, the dish was created especially for the festival. "We created the dish to compete and to win. We use different ingredients, contemporary and very creative, but what made the difference I think it was the oriental sauce, based on cashew nuts, raisins and soy sauce. This was our special touch, "said the chef.

The second place went to "the Cats Whiting Street," the chef Maria Clara Nunes de Oliveira, Space Cat Street, and the third prize was the "spring fish with rice land," the chef Evaldo de Souza Villa Restaurant.

First of New Talent went to the student UnP and dessert "Dame Blamche Pumpkin"
Among the six students of cuisine and professional chef at the University of Rio Grande do Norte and Senac contestants of New Talent, Angelo Medeiros and his assistant Maria das Graças France (UnP) were the winners with a dessert of Pumpkin Blamche Dame. The sixth edition of the Gastronomic Festival in Pipa also chose the best beans in town. Altogether 15 types of beans competed on Wednesday and the result also just came out on Saturday. The prize went to the restaurant guacamole and beans "Chili with meat, the chefs and owners, Pedro Avila and William Tavares. According to William, the secret of victory is "cooking with love and not to compete but to win people's hearts."
