    King of fruit - Mango


    People say that mango is the king of fruit, hard not to agree. Everything about mango is really great, the way trees look and bloom, growing mango fruits on the branches and what's the most important after all - the taste of it. Delicious soft and sweet flawour that just melts in your mounth. Mango is generally sweet, although some having a soft, pulpy texture similar to an over-ripe plum, while others flesh is firmer. Some cultivars' flesh has a fibrous texture. Did you know taht mango is consumed both as ripe fruit and as raw fruit (vegetable)?

      All about mango:


      Mangos are ready to eat twice a year for few months. Trees are usually very big and produce many kilograms of this fruit. Mango is one of the most extensively exploited fruits for food, juice, flavor, fragrance and color. Mango trees can grow up to 35–40 m which is 110–130 ft tall, with crown radius on its own 10 m (33 ft). Mango is rich in a variety of phytochemicals and nutrients. The fruit pulp is high in prebiotic dietary fiber, vitamin C, polyphenols and provitamin A carotenoids.
